...and using the dialog /File/Wizards/Install new dictionaries.../ will
guide you through the download and install process of the en-GB
dictionaries.

If it is just spell checking you require, it's built in to 2.0.2.
However, if you want the user interface to use English you will have to
obtain the language pack separately: it will probably still be labelled
as rc4, but it is the real thing.
