So I would say promotion of an closed source ODF reader could be very
well considered offtopic.
How about venues like OASIS, ODF Alliance or OpenDocument Fellowship?
PS: Clicking on sponsored links in search engines, *not* buying anything
and wasting a few cents from the advertiser is always a joyful activity
when you think the add is not made in good faith.
