For pure exporting to HTML we think that improving our XHTML transformation is the better way. It will create better HTML code than the export filter but reimporting the generated HTML file will be less successful. So we will have two export filters for two use cases. The question remains if we still need the feature reduced GUI of Writer/Web or if Writer is enough.
