I'm not quite sure what you are trying to do, but assume you want a list of items in an order defined by you. Does this mean there is a column that defines the order? If not, you will need one. You can then create a view or query sorted on that column. Or create reports sorted in that way Addition of data into relational database tables follows the rule that the actual order of the data in the table is not significant. If all you want is a list of data and do not want to do much else with it, then a Calc spreadsheet or even a table in a Writer document may be simpler to use. You can copy/paste your table into either of these. By the way, the list [EMAIL PROTECTED] is better for this kind of help.
