It's possible, but pointless. The whole point to GPL3 is to protect
users and code from DRM. If OOo then dual-licenses it's products, anyone
who wants to avoid the differences in GPL3 can choose GPL2. So no-one's
really being protected from anything, right? So there would be no point
in dual-licensing, as the license would effectively be GPL2 ( sorry ...
LGPL2 ).
