Thanx Dave, It looked like it was trying,
then I got this message:
"Socket running on port 9900
efax-0.9a: 18:07:42 opened /dev/ttyS1
efax-0.9a: 18:07:48 sync: dropping DTR
efax-0.9a: 18:07:52 sync: sending escapes
efax-0.9a: 18:07:58 Error: sync: modem not responding
efax-0.9a: 18:07:58 failed page /home/drmike/Documents/pc-fax.ps.001
efax-0.9a: 18:07:58 finished - no response from
modem"
Modem sends/receives faxes as standalone tho. May not have it
configgered to accept pc input.???
Do you have any further input to help the situation?
Grateful %:))#Mike
