Just to avoid confusion: I am the one who originally mentioned the plugin incompatibility with Office 97 first, but I'm not the one whose correspondents are still using Office 97. The correspondents of that public officer are employees and managers of other Public Administrations: they are just doing the best they can with the very little money they have.
