I would like to suggest filing an issue in the Issue Tracker of OpenOffice.org.
To file an issue, see a link "Report Bugs" in http://qa.openoffice.org/
It would be helpful if two buggy documents (bugdoc) and their PDF files were
attached in the issue.
bugdoc 1 ( Writer )
- In the page 1, two text lines could be included.
- The one is written in English.
- The other one is written in your language.
( explicitly apply a different font name to each line. )
- In the page 2, two shapes could be included.
- The one is a rectangle.
- The other one is a line.
bugdoc 2 ( Impress )
- In the slide 1, two text lines.
( same as above )
- In the slide 2, two shapes.
( same as above )
When you or somebody else files an issue,
Component: Writer (Word processor)
Component: save-export
OS: Windows XP
Issue type: defect
Since the phenomenon seems to be observed with not only Writer but also
other application, the issue would be transferred to a more appropriate module.
In the description, description of the symptom, your computer environment,
links to discussions in the forum, a link to archive of this thread, and
other relevant information could be included.
