netiquette demands that unsubscribing works by inserting the request in the 
subject line
 
this is a typical example of why I would never dream of using open office: why 
make it simple if you can fuck it up?
 
I don't care who has registered in my name or with my account or how that has 
been done, I have a very poor opinion of open office and that's that.
