I compiled a kernel in it, that was working. And configure is checking
for the header files, isn't it? In the configure is no error.
What else should I do in the Linux tree?

linux tree from git as well, there I used the v3.8.0 tag.
In the ovs git I run ./configure --with-linux=/path/to/linux/git && make.
During the make I got the error which I included in my first email.
Is the Linux tree properly configured and headers generated appropriately?
