This question demonstrates that you have not tried to answer it yourself. It is not hard to find at least approximately the right place to add support for new instructions. If you had done that, you would ask a more specific question. To make use of the answer, you would have to spend some time reading and understanding code, but asking such a general question demonstrates that you would probably not do that, that instead you would probably just ask more questions of the same type. Therefore, I will not answer this question. I suggest that you spend some time looking through the Open vSwitch code instead. "grep" for related names may be helpful.
