Wireshark 1.12 [1] will ship with an OpenFlow dissector. Today you can:
1) download binaries of one of the daily builds of wireshark 1.11 from:
https://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/
2) backport the openflow dissector to Wireshark 1.10; it builds without
problems.

3) compile other OpenFlow dissectors, specially the ones that can be
built as
a Wireshark plugin. For example, you could try this:
