We don't have a particular release date set. It's currently going through
QA and we're addressing a couple of bugs. The consensus is that it will
likely be released within a month.

Version 2.2 was not released, so the next version will be 2.3.0 and will
include both the listed v2.2.0 and v2.3.0 changes.
