I wrote some python to simplify and semi-automate the setup of
ovs/dpdk/vhost and launch qemu guests. Contributions, critiques and
thoughts are welcome:

Currently supports simple bridging and dpdk/vhost cuse. dpdk/vhost/user
and other data path configuration to be added.
