Please correct me if I am wrong. I have added flows already ( sorry for not mentioning it earlier.)
S1: ovs-ofctl add-flow br0 in_port=1,actions=output:2 (where my logical port 1 is gre0 and logical 2 is eth1). S2: ovs-ofctl add-flow br0 in_port=1,actions=output:2 (where my logical port 1 is gre0 and logical 2 is eth1). I am sure that this is not the perfect flow but this should atleast give me partial result when I analyze the pcap. Thanks for the quick revert.
