QEMU 2.0 will not work with dpdkvhost ports, you cannot use it.
I get the same error as this when I try to use QEMU 2.0, you need to use QEMU 
2.1 or later.

Yes it should, but only if you use QEMU v2.1 or later. Use this same command 
with QEMU v2.1 and your VM should boot.
