There are a couple of options that are document. One is to use the OVN integration for OpenStack: http://docs.openstack.org/developer/networking-ovn/testing.html There is also Docker integration: https://github.com/openvswitch/ovs/blob/master/INSTALL.Docker.md -- Russell Bryant
