Hi Rui, Huan and Ted,

Thanks for the introductions.

I’ll note for the Petri PMC Members on this discussion thread that the OSSBot 
team has been forming since mid-November and I think that they now qualify as 
an external community.

They currently operate on a WeChat group and have a weekly synchronous meeting 
at a time very inconvenient for me.

Huan - How many people would you count as members of the OSSBot community?
