Dear fellow ppigers, Can anyone recommend some up-to-date materials on the general topic of "The Human Side of Software Engineering". I'm aware of many of the established sources but need to find more recent work. I'm also aware that being more specific might help, but at this stage I need to keep it open as possible. Any pointers you could provide would be very welcome.
