Hi Tal, Good news, I updated the 2.1 branch today with Jetty 7.6.5 version and 2.2/master with Jetty 8.1.5 !

To add information from my testing: Restlet 2.1rc5 seems to work fine with Jetty 7.5.4, so I imagine it would be trivial to update Jetty to that. However, it does not work with Jetty 7.6 nor Jetty 8. There are likely API updates necessary.
