Hi Koot, You could have a look at the Restlet extension for OAuth 2.0 in version 2.1 (based on an older draft) or in version 2.2 (recent snapshot) which almost support OAuth 2.0 final standard.
Otherwise, you can consider the Java SDK offered by each of the provider that you want to integrate with. They should integrate nicely with the Restlet API on the server side.
