For the bands/talks that I tape, usually I like to upload the raw footage, with 
no filters applied on youtube. 

I don't even merge the 4 part videos if the camera decides to abruptly stop 
recording for whatever reason.

Even though I do have the hardware (probably software too) I don't have time to 
edit and make a polished video, in these times generally speaking.

Someone who does, could easily merge all the media and should be able to make 
one comprehensive edited video.

Pretty much compressing say a 1GB long video to 100MB is a step that saves me 
bandwidth usually, while uploading content to youtube under Creative Commons 
licensing. Usually I like to set comments to 'Approve' only.

I've got the audio from the mic and the recording from the Flip on my
laptop. I'll be dropping the files off on kevlar tonight. I'm quite
terrible with video editing despite multimedia being my job, so I really
don't think I can do it justice.

Who edited the 3d printing video of Rick from over a year ago?

If we can't get this edited by tuesday or so, I'll just upload the one
from whichever looks best.
