Howdy, all. Today I'm pushing a large update to our copy of Spiff that includes an invoicing system that lets us more accurately track member due payments and other transactions such as key deposits. In the future, it can be expanded to support registration fees for things, if we ever have a function that costs money to run. Additionally, it increases privacy to match our bylaws a bit closer; members are hidden from the public by default, and only the officers can see the list of members. Afterwards, I'll be going through our records with Xander and entering an accurate record of payments and dues. Then I'll setup the billing job to run, which should email everyone who has not yet paid March dues. It also has some management features to make recording of training of guests a lot easier.
