Last I checked there are bags piled up near the dumpster (I half wanted to staple/tape a small bag of trash over the lock, or start stacking on top of the new mini dumpster (I didn't)), bags right outside the garage door that leads to the dumpster, and what looks like a goodwill spit up a little to the left of the door entering the room with the bathroom in it. Is there a designated area to pile all these full trash bags?
