Beth,

Salad!

I will thaw out the salad cube tomorrow (frozen solid, 1 cubic foot of
fresh lettuce, carrots, purple cabbage, and other unknown goodies) and have
it ready for delivery on Thursday at 6pm.

The cube has a net weight of 48 oz or about 1.36078 kilograms. It should
feed about 16 people.

I will stop by the local market and buy an onion, some mushrooms, and maybe
some radishes and prep them in separate containers for anybody that wants
more stuff in their salad.

Might see you at the meeting tomorrow evening, but for sure on Thursday for
the dinner.

Philip*

(* = side note to anybody reading this - I prefer to be called "Philip" and
not "Phil". If you call me the latter, I won't recognize it and will
ignore you and walk right on by, as if you don't exist. After 70+ years of
hearing my full name, all nicknames have receded into the abyss of dim
memories. OK, one or two still exist, but only for friends and lovers.)
