You make a very good point about the amount of floor space required for the
rack.

Actually, it will probably take closer to 15sq ft, since the width is about
30in.

Can the rack be hung from the ceiling in any of the rooms?

The area below a hung rack could be used for storage boxes, tool kits, a
freezer, monster speaker enclosures, vampire member coffins - the list is
long.
