I'd like to propose the following amendment to our bylaws: The powers not delegated to the Officers of SYNHAK by these Bylaws, nor prohibited to the members through The Board or these Bylaws are reserved to the Membership.
The Problem: It isn't clear what limits on power, if any, the membership has over officers or board decisions.
