Interesting idea.  It looks like a company implemented scaffolding in Mach-II as a resellable product.

I can see where this could save you time.  I know that Model-Glue gives this to you for free when you use Reactor as the ORM.  You would just need to change the XSLT to skin your generic forms to something more pleasing to the eyes.

All in all for those not wanting to learn a framework, it might be a good idea.
