No, it doesn't. And that wouldn't be "CF" but the editor. Perhaps someday the CFEclipse Plug-in may offer this, but until then, no, you're on your own to either tickle the file or use the CF 7 Admin option (as Doug pointed out) or run the cfcompile on your own--though it's not file-specific. Doug made another point which is probably your real answer, and I'm sorry I didn't think to say it: turn off the "save class files" option in the Admin. I bet your problems will go away.
