I went to a conference a few years ago when i worked for St. Jude
(http://stjude.org) and after it I saw the light of css and moved the
design to pure css (except for embedded content on pages where users
enter their own html through the CMS). The nicest thing was when we
needed to roll out a design. I literally uploaded the style and images
and changed 4 loc and the new design was active.

The same content all the time w/ different css applied. Wouldn't it be a
wonderful chaos to throw a different style at your users for every page on
your site -- even a different style for the same page everytime? Sweet!
