Just from quick glance I don't see what I was talking about addressed. I'll have to look deeper late this evening. But to be clear, I am talking about the Print headers, not column headers. The headers that you set in excel by going to File --> Page Setup --> Header/Footer (tab) --> Custom Header (button).
What I was asked for is to see if I could create a dynamic header for the actual printing of reports for each market.
