I have run into a strange issue that I need some help with.

I have an upload page that lets my users upload their pictures and audio files to our server. It has been working great for months. But a few days ago, I tried to upload an 87.5 MB
MP3 file, and the upload terminates with an error message

--------------------------------------
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

  Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

Only the second likely cause is applicable.
In working with my ISP, we found that from Mozilla, the file uploaded fine,
but it stops with IE.

I have seen reports of upload issues with IE6 and XP, but can find nothing with
IE7 and Vista. The web server is IIS, and they are running CF7.
Anyone encountered this problem with uploading of very large files?
