That’s potentially helpful, Teddy, but to be clear, it would apply if he’s using the Tomcat web server (built-into JBoss, just as it is with CF as its “internal web server” option), but if he is fronting his JBoss CF deployment with Apache or IIS, then the IP block would need to be done in those, which is why I asked which web server he is using.
