Basically, it always looks in the webroot of the site serving up the data.
 Usually, the easiest way to determine this is to fire up Charles or
ServiceCapture.  It will show where the 404 is showing up.  However, I'm not
sure if they will proxy xml rpc.  You'd have to try it.
