On IRC, #m-labs maintained last month's traffic level and is just
one month away from completing a year where the slowest and the
fastest months differed only by about a factor of about 3.6. (In
the same time, #qi-hardware varied by a factor of about 11.)

#qi-hardware was a bit more agitated and had a slight increase of
traffic, though below the major eruptionwe had in February. A
particularly memorable discussion was on the physics of capacitors
and their continuation into metaphysics.

The mailing lists were fairly quiet, but both Qi-Hardware and
M-Labs both had more activity than last month, with M-Labs even
almost tripling its activity and thus nearly passing Qi-Hardware.

Topics on M-Labs covered a broad range from more Migen fixes,
MMU design, and a new GCC, while Qi-Hardware continued last month's
discussion of Nanonote's demise, which was joined by ATUSB going
out of stock as well (with hope for a rebirth), and Anelok
progress.
