Hi Florian,I have heard of Star Labs. I like that they provide Coreboot support for their laptops https://doc.coreboot.org/distributions.html#star-labs I know multiple community members in the Netherlands that have chosen NovaCustom, also with Coreboot, but based in the Netherlands.
I don't have experience. I still run on old ThinkPads with Coreboot I flashed myself.
