You would need to start from ground 0 with this. Its meant to be a router and does not have PF, etc. Nor does it have CARP, nor does it have.... insert another feature here.
XORP is a great project but to "integrate" it would mean to start over and loose 99% of the features that make pfSense great IMHO.
