I was hoping someone could give me some more information on how the directional arrows and sorted-column highlighting is done in the following example:

I downloaded the jsp source for the page and tried using something similar, but it seems like there's something more going on elsewhere in the example's code. I'm admittedly fairly new to coding Java and STRUTS-based applications, and must be missing something here. Can someone give me a brief synopsis of what tags, versions, stylesheets, source, etc are involved so I can get my displayed table functioning like this? I unfortunately can't find anything in the forums or anywhere else online. Thanks so much for your help!
