How do you get to your page that displays the data? Doesn't this go
through a controller? If it doesn't - could you re-work things so it
does? Then you could simply remove certain items from your list and
display the checked rows.

If you"re hitting an action or some sort of controller - you could
check to see what columns are checked and then only put those into
the list your normally render with the display tag.
