I am new to this mailing list and already searched the archive for this issue, but couldn't find anything matching for me.
I am using the EL-version of displaytag and my data to be displayed is retrieved with the <sql:query var="...">-tag. The data is not stored in any context. This is why I think I can't use the Comparable interface or any Decorator column. But when sorting the data the results are wrong. I couldn't find a realy algorithmn which is used to sort, but it's defenitly wrong. Can anybody tell how to do correct sorting in this case? Or if I can use the Comparable interface or columns decorators in this case, can someone give me a short example how to implement this?
