My tables currently look like this:

I'm adding DisplayTag to the mix in order to get the even/odd row shading
and sortable columns, but I can't seem to reproduce the "title row" effect.
The 'banner' looks like the closest thing, but I don't immediately see how
to create a custom one. The existing ones are for paging and export.
It doesn't have to look exactly like this, I suppose. Page design is
decidedly not my best subject, so if anyone has a suggestion, I'd be glad to
hear it.
