I see there is a org.displaytag.export.PdfView, org.displaytag.export.XmlView etc etc but no org.displaytag.export.RtfView. There is a org.displaytag.export.DefaultRtfExportView but this exports only the current page of the table not the entire list unlike the PdfView class etc. What are the differences in these classes (and why do both org.displaytag.export.DefaultPdfExportView and org.displaytag.export.PdfView exist)....and where can I get a org.displaytag.export.RtfView class from?
