(the default = I18JstlAdapter)
displaytag will use the Struts.properties
2. titleKey="sample.name"
I dont know if it is also working with bundle..

If I use the struts properties bundles, does that mean I should transfer
all redefined properties from the displaytag.properties to the struts
Struts.properties or just some, if so what's the criteria?
