Hi,
I have used Display tag 1.0 library in my application for providing
sort-able/paginated tables. I have a specific requirement; I wish to add a
new attribute, say "defaultPage" to the TableTag.
The intension is to set the default page to some number other than the first
page, in case of a paginated record set to be displayed in a table.
If the user clicks some link contained in the a table record and moves to
some other page, and later wishes to come back to the same page, he should
be brought to the same page from where he clicked the link. The default page
will use the cached value of the page number to bring him back to the same
page.
As per license terms (Artistic license),I may have to publish the code
changes, if I wish to make any such changes.
I am not aware how to do it. The license just mentions to publish it on
usenet or public domain or on ftp.uu.net <ftp://ftp.uu.net/> .
Please inform how should I publish it, if anybody has done it before? If I
have to place it to ftp.uu.net <ftp://ftp.uu.net/> in which ftp folder
should I upload it? Where else can I publish this change? How?
