Hello,
In your action class, you can extract from the url all the parameters
(something like ?e=1&x=3,
.).
And store it in the session.
Then, when user comes back to this action, use the stored parameters.
Perhaps with a redirect ?
If you have used the export function for your table, you must modify the url
before doing the redirect in order to delete the e=something parameter. If
not, when the user will come back, the page wont display the results but
export directly the results
Hope this helps,
David.

Subject: [displaytag-user] Preserve sorting order and page across
thesession?
Hello
This is the first time that I use display tag in my web and I have a
question, how could I preserve sorting order and page across the session?
For example, if I am watching the page 4 in a list and I go to other site of
my web, is it possible that the list shows me this page 4 when I go back to
it?????
I have read something about the attribute preserveSortAndPage, but I can´t
find it in the actual version. Is there another way?
Thanks
