-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Ahoi,
wen have a couple of running desktop systems here, and I'll put the complete list of names in the environment variable DISTCC_HOSTS. When compiling with distcc first a batch of jobs are started to export and I can see a CONNECT in distccmon-text (called with watch -n 1). After a timeout, the jobs disapear from the list (those who are exported to hosts which are not present at the moment), and I get exactly one error message: compiling - BindingFlowHeur.o distcc[5868] (dcc_writex) ERROR: failed to write: No route to host distcc[5868] (dcc_build_somewhere) Warning: failed to distribute to falke, running locally instead but the jobs are not running local after that, distcc is waiting forever and nothing more is compiled then. What do I have to configure, to start the failed jobs again locally? Thanks in advance, bexxx - -- Dipl.-Inform.
