[distcc] Which versions of gcc have the debug path fix?

Does anyone know which versions of gcc have the debug path fix? I'm 
considering CentOS 4.3 with gcc 3.4.5. I know there's a gcc patch 
available but I'd rather stick with a stock compiler.

Was a there ever a bugzilla entry for this problem at 
http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla that we might be able to use to track it?
