The debian testing distcc formerly fell over and dies if ipv6
is enabled in distcc, but it is installed in a non-ipv6
environment

I've since changed the internal production environemnt to add
Scope:Link ipv6 addresses, and so cannot presently re-test if
this is still the case
It appears that the relevant bug at Debian remains untouched:
