Reseller of CD’s Launceston Online Inc is a
Community Managed and Community Owned independent not for profit incorporation.
We aim at providing services pertinent to the Launceston and surrounding areas
and we welcome community feedback. Although we are not a part of, or
managed by, a Government Department or Organisation, we are continuously
grateful for the support of the State and Federal Governments. The Launceston Online Inc is one of
64 Centres around Tasmania who's main purpose is to offer the public access to
Computers, the Internet and affordable 1:1 training in these and all other
areas of Computing. We have 13 HP and 2 Macintosh
computers as well as our sound-proof booth containing a computer for clients
with disabilities. We run training courses, hire out
our centre and or equipment plus build & host websites for small business.
The Launceston Online Access Centre is committed to providing the highest
possible level and best possible range of services and support to our members
and members of our community. Our aim is to foster and educate the community in
the advancement of the IT industry. The Launceston Online Centre exists
to give the Launceston Community a comfortable, friendly and self-sustaining
Centre where they can access up-to-date information via our up-to-date
