The develop option takes one or more paths, separated by spaces. :)
Each path should point to a setup script or to a directory containing
one. Each setup script is run in "develop" mode

Ah, okay, hmmm, to be honest using an example that's not in the docs
makes this less clear than it should be. It's only now that I read
http://svn.zope.org/zc.ngi/trunk/setup.py?rev=76019&view=auto that I see
the 'src'...
